Hello,

on page proprahu.rubiq.cz - there is a blog element with masonry style. How can I display whole post instead of excerpt?

only excerpts can be displayed for posts. It is unfortunately impossible to display full content.

Can I at least set the character/word limit for excerpt lenght?

Yes, it is possible. We got this option under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Blog section.
