I have the site set for a sidebar

I'm getting a message that states Add one or use Full Width layout. However when I go into appearance/widgets There isn't a sidebar position for the right sidebar position. Should I be using a different path to populate the sidebar position?

please look at http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/10/how-to-create-sidebar-and-set-up-for-page where we explained how to create sidebar first and then set up for pages.
