WPML Menu on Top Links Area

Hello,
I have used your B-Theme for one of my personal projects in which there was only one language. Now I want to add a language and I wonder whether using WPML's easy to your theme and if it is possible to transfer the language in the top links area (2 languages: English switch French switch English)
