Custom changes suddenly not showing up?

Hi! Love the theme. I was almost finished with my site and then all of a sudden certain elements stopped appearing like the background images for section wrappers, font styles, etc?? I have already deactivated all plugins one by one then deactivated then if they weren't the issue. Not sure what else to do. Again the issue is font styles, backgrounds and certain images no longer showing up??
