Custom ID Link heading hidden behind classic sticky header

Maybe a bug or did I do something wrong?
When using a link to a custom ID the heading is hidden behind the classic sticky header.

Ok, I'm so sorry!
I was logged in to my blog and that's how it looks: http://pasteboard.co/1xzEkKyV.png
Tried in different browsers without loggin in and it works

It's because of the Admin Bar when you are logged it. It's that black bar at the top of the site.
