Fatal Error - when trying to access wp-admin

Love this theme and all BUT....
I can no longer access my control panel as I get: Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_create_nonce() in /var/www/www.car-pit.dk/www/wp-content/plugins/envato-wordpress-toolkit/index.php on line 937
Feel free to take a look yourself. However, since I am unable to rectify this issue, without side effects, I need help asap as the page layout is approved and client expect content filled in this week.
How can I solve this issue?

What is this plugin, and will it cause unwanted behavior in the future that I have removed the folder? (of course it's backed up)
it looks like your server is not compatible with Envato wordpress toolkit plugin. This plugin allow to get automatic updates and similar stuff. More info about this plugin and options you can read on http://marketblog.envato.com/general/envato-wordpress-toolkit/ but as we noticed maybe 5-10% users use it.
