Changes to website do not appear when I log out
I made changes using Visual Composer as well as the normal editor and also Muffin Builder but none of them show up when I log out and use Firefox, Chrome, Chrome in Incognito Mode, and Safari. How do I fix this? I can see the changes perfectly when I am logged into wordpress and am viewing the website but once I'm off it does not work.

it's for sure because of Cache plugin.
