Custom style.css does not work without !important

Hi, 

I try to customize my site as documentation says. Theme options > Styles > Custom CSS code   Also I try to write it in style.css at betheme-child folder. At both cases my style does not work without !important. Is it necessary to use !important for each row or there is more simple way for customization?

yes, sometimes !important declaration is necessary. Everything depends on theme settings and styles.
