After installing Betheme, it won't install the Layer Slider Plugin - can you help?

    When I try to install the Layer Slider Plugin, I get this notification:

    Destination folder already exists. /customers/e/2/0/theconquisitor.co.uk/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/LayerSlider/

    Plugin install failed.

    Return to Required Plugins Installer

    It means that plugin's folder already exist on your FTP. You should check your FTP and remove existing folder.

    I deleted the layer slider zip folder and tried to install again, this time:

    Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.

    Return to Required Plugins Installer

    That's amazing because first time we see such information. Please maybe try to install this plugin via FTP because we have no idea what limits you got on your server side exactly.

    Layer Slider

    @GORDOC Please install those plugins via FTP because there is nothing else what we can do on our side. If you are unable to install plugins, it means that something is wrong on server side. Maybe it's permissions for folders, limits for uploading files or other. There is for sure nothing related with theme.
