not getting automatic theme updates

hello-

I am not getting automatic theme updates for the theme. Is BeTheme automatically updated or do I have to do manual updates?
I could have sworn at first I had auto updates happening.

Please advise.

Hi Kim,

in the past, you may use Envato WordPress toolkit which does not work anymore. This is the reason why you had auto updates in the past and now you don't have them. This tool does not work because Envato changed their api. More details about that you can read on https://github.com/envato/envato-wordpress-toolkit/issues/85
