Taxi Demo Contact 7 Form
On the demo, you have a couple of fields in a horizontal layout but having installed the demo data, this layout is not installed.
Can you tell me what Contact 7 Form layout code to use to achieve the same look as the demo?

if form has not been imported, it means that you installed CF7 plugin after the import. We recommend to clear whole WP, install all necessary plugins first and then import demo content.
