hi my website is www.asas-jo.com and works perfectly good at computer and laptops .

the only major problem that i have is whenever i open my site through the mobile it's not working as it's in the computer 

and the default contact page is what i see when i access my site through mobile furthermore at the end of site page i find view full site and below it proudly powered by Wordpress  .

i tried to find if there any option the allows me to configure mobile setting but i couldn't 

also i tried from the be options-responsive panel and nothing 

pleeease i need your quick help

    Hi,

    we did checked your site already and on mobile, default theme is loading. This problem is completely not related with theme. The same issue you will get after activating any other theme. Different theme is loading on mobile because of settings on server side. There is nothing what we can do on our side in this case.

    You should contact with your website developer or server admin because this could be something with .htaccess or maybe this redirection been set somewhere on server side.

    i'm the website designer and i purchased the domain and hosting from godaddy should i contact them ? and what should i say to them to fix this ??

    i called them and explained every thing and they said that this is a theme related problem .

    i there any settings that should i set inside the theme or the wordpress files .

    please i need your help

    Sorry but we can't agree with you and your admin at all. Looks like the people who are standing behind the hosting company are working in the wrong place. Just install any other theme and you will get exactly the same look on mobile devices. Please understand that there is nothing at all what we can do on our side as this issue is not related with our theme.
