Menu overlapped with content
My pages has the menu overlapped with contents. I did some changes initially for slider on the homepage but it might have affected the other pages.
How do I separate it now?

you are using Transparent header style and also you turned ON "Header | Minimalist" option and that's why it looks like that. This is proper behave of course. So or you will use different header styles for pages without slider or you will turn OFF "Header | Minimalist" option.
