Can not import Betheme Tuning demo

Hi,

I am trying to import Be theme , Tuning demo on my website. I have tried it twice, but everytime it is giving me 500, internal server after sometime.

Please let me know wht is going wrong there.

Hi,

this error is related with limits on server side. You can try to import demo without "Media Attachments" and this should work. Or if you don't want to import without attachments, then you must contact with server admin and ask him about that. He supposed to see everything in server logs.

we have managed to import the demo data with the help of our hosting company. But we are getting this error,

Can u plz tell where we will find this slider.

This is just message that informs you about the slider is missing You simply forgot to import slider. Please look at http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/15/how-to-import-revolution-slider-into-be-theme where we described how to import sliders that comes with theme package.

Hi, 

thanks for the info. I imported it. We have managed to import the demo on our website but after that when we are working, we are seeing our site going down again n again. We are not sure what went wrong and our site is also very slow now.

We have only activated revolution slider and contact form plugin.

If you still got Internal Server Error, you must speak with your admin because theme does not have any impact on this behave.
