Menu not showing on mobile devices

I have an issue on my website, http://www.xlabor.it
Toggle menu is not showing properly on mobile devices: as you can see, items list is shown above the slider, without the correct background, so it's impossible to view the menu list.
How can I solve it, please?

this happen because of your custom css's, like below:
#Top_bar .column {You should remove your custom css's and then all would be fine.height: 90px;
