Add custom title to header of individual blog post

Hi,

 Is it possible to add a custom title to the header of an individual blog post?

I want to add the same header on the main blog page that consists of the page title and breadcrumbs, to the header of each individual post. The title to stay 'Blog' on each individual post and the breadcrumbs to change as per the blog post title.

Main blog page is: http://www.optimistconsulting.co.uk/blog/

An example of an individual post is: http://www.optimistconsulting.co.uk/3-steps-to-improve-how-you-communicate-the-value-of-membership/

Hi Steve,

if you mean Subheader, like we got for example at http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/standard-post-with-post/ (where Title and Breadcrumbs are) you must activate Subheader under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Subheader section. But if you mean something else, then without files customization it won't be possible.

I think it'll require file customisation as I would like to add the sub-header of individual posts so each post shows the title 'Blog' and the breadcrumbs to the post.
