Offer Slider Thumb

Hi, I have a problem when I use two or more Offer Slider Thumb in the same page beacause if I set different thumbnails in different blocks it seems they load the same image.

If I use a single Offer Slide Thumb it loads the corect image I set.

How can I solve this issue?

if you will edit "Offer Slider" item, you will see the information that this item can be used only once per page.
