Cannot set transition time between slides

I created simple custom slideshow with 3 images, but cannot set a transition or any other type than default/flash. When I check the checkbox, and pick custom transition type (fade) and on other checkbox too, to set custom animation duration (1500ms) in settings tab:

and hit the "overwrite selected settings on all slides" button it only mimics the saving, because when I try refreshing the page with slider, or re-entering the same settings page, it shows that these values were not saved. Hitting the regular Save button after each change doesnt change anything.

I tried:
- flushing both page and browser cache;
- creating another slider;
- setting custom transition length values manually in slide editor for each slide - numbers seem to be saved this way, but the slider itself on page is not changed whatsoever.

Hi,

please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. For more details about file creation, please visit [Links visible only for registered users]

Please increase the PHP version on your server, as well as the max_input_vars value. You may need to contact your provider to change it.

max input vars is already set to enormous amount of 10.000 (see the picture link in first post), what value , and what php version do you recommend?

This is just your local variable, the real (master) value is 1000, see on the screen: [Links visible only for registered users]
Wordpress normally recommends PHP 7.0

Setting php to 7.0 did not help, also I have no idea how to change max_input_vars other way that putting php.ini file with the right digits, because that is the way this is supposed to be set up manually. I still dont know what the value should be, I can try to contact customer support, but the addon itself seem to have enough (that didnt change after switching to php 7): [Links visible only for registered users]

You will have to contact your hosting povider in order to do that, 5000 will be ok.
If you cannot save options it is most likely that max_input_vars is the issue.
If not, we will investigate further.
