how to make an image fit into a set size

Hello, im trying to make an imge fit into a custom size in all of my "image" section using the muffing builder, for example I have a 1000x500px image that I need to fit (without streaching, just center) into a 500x500px space, I tried this: [Links visible only for registered users]  but it didnt worked... 


could you please help?
