Featured Products Not Displaying on Homepage

I've got 4 products set as "Featured" but they are not displaying on the homepage. I've got "Show" set to "Featured" and "Category" set to all and "Count" set to 8. Still not displaying: [Links visible only for registered users]. Same settings as this homepage, but here "Featured" works: [Links visible only for registered users]. Any ideas?
