How do I EXCLUDE a category from your Muffin Builder shortcode "blog?"

Here is the muffin builder entry.

Here is my selection to: Show all Categories
[Links visible only for registered users]

Here is the category I would like to remove from "All." Is this possible?

Here's the problem. I'm using "Posts" for all my bar and restaurant entries which is working fine. But, I ALSO want to have a standard blog page taking about different subjects. I don't want my "blog" posts showing up in my bars and restaurants archives for the muffin builder "blog". I'm sure you've had this request before. Can this be done with the options within the scope of your muffin builder somehow, and am sure it would be a really good feature to upgrade in the future of this awesome theme.

If this requires php entries, would you mind giving me the entire page with this edit so I can drop it in with FTP to make this work?

Hi,

What you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy [Links visible only for registered users] is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer. Item Policy clearly says:
