Can i align the widgets in the sidebar to the center

  What I see now is that there is a margin from the right side of the
  sidebar which push the widgets to the left. The theme page are set with
  right sidebar option, is there a way to control the sidebar margin?

  this is not possible since the space to the right is over the content width, [Links visible only for registered users]
  It just cannot go over the red line.
