Pre-built installation fails to install Slider Revolution templates

During the pre-build website installation,  the following error occurs:
 
WordPress function wp_remote_get() [Links visible only for registered users] response error.
File patch: [Links visible only for registered users]
Response code: 404. Response message: Not Found 

The slider revolution slider is installed and activated and the mentioned file "widget_data.json" is present .
The same problem occurred more than once, for different website templates.
Is there an alternative way to manually download the specific slider revolution templates of the the pre-build website?
