New to Betheme. Need Support. Which demo version should I choose

Hii BeTheme Team,
I bought betheme earlier but I started using it today.
How don't know to edit the whole theme and which demo version should I choose.
I want to build a "Social Growth" website like this ([Links visible only for registered users]). This website is also built on wordpress but on different theme.

May be all these functions are also available here.
Kindly help me in this matter.
