Problem with 'Your basket is currently empty.' and 'Return to Shop' button.

I have a problem with the bottom of the home page of a clients site I'm working on.

Basically at the bottom of the page at [Links visible only for registered users] its says...Your basket is currently empty.' and shows a 'Return to Shop' button.

Can someone tell me how to get rid of this?
