Cannot update theme

Hi I cannot update the theme to 20.7.2.1 I've tried through the BeTheme dashiboard and also through the Apperance Themes. I get this error

Update Failed: The package could not be installed.

Please could you advise. I have Let's Encrypt active on the site could it be to do with this?

This error when going through the BeTheme dashboard

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

Hi,
This error "The package could not be installed. The package contains no files." means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send a request
thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact

Hi I deregistered the theme on the development site and the now live site and I re-registered the live site. Still the same error message.
