Cant get background of header to change ?

  Yes, a background image. Not sure why I need to send you an background image though as it doesnt matter what it is. I just need to know HOW to have a background image in the header. When I try to do what I think is correct- it does not work.  I sent you a screenshot above as well as sending you the site- so you have everything you need to see everything to give me an answer. Sending you the image isnt going to make any difference. You can put ANY image you want in there... I just need to know how to do it.

  Thanks so much- it worked. Just curious...why is this not a simple option in THEME OPTIONS>HEADER & SUBHEADER ? I would think you would implement this into that section...
  
  Also, as much as it worked...could you please go back and check it because I want it to have the same color banner ALL THE WAY across the bottom where the menu is. Link to screenshot of what I want below.  Can you please tweak the CSS to be able to do that ?

  Not sure if anyone saw this comment...Could you please let me know how to have the same color 'banner' ALL THE WAY across the bottom where the menu
  is. Link to screenshot of what I want below.  Can you please tweak the

  Thanks- that makes the bar transparent. Which is good to have that CSS....but can you make it so the color behind the menu goes ALL THE WAY ACROSS instead of just making it transparent ?

  The white stripe is not made with css but is an image element which you uploaded yourself: [Links visible only for registered users]
  
  To change the color of bottom ribbon, you need to edit it in graphic program. The image link is [Links visible only for registered users]
