blocking connection - what ports?

Hello, the client server blocks the connection with the server and needs information for it which ports must be unlocked to allow this connection. It's the same with the plug tab. There are no updates, however. After which port the communication is in progress to check for available plug-in updates?

Please contact your hosting provider and show him this issue, this is server related and we do not have controll over it.

answer what I got from the server administrator: please provide the port number and ip address (or addresses) to unlock the traffic. in this case, please specify what should be unlocked on the server to be able to connect from your api?

Please first try to ask him if the CURL library is installed on your current php version. This could be related to that.

The cURL error 28 is often caused by your server blocking the incoming connection due to some DNS problems. Please contact your hosting provider and ask him to check the logs.

But the port that is used is: 80
This is the normal port for HTTP reqiests.

Does the application (connection) accept the transition when connected via a proxy server?

The standard traffic is on port 80 - yes - but towards the web server and not from it ... so traffic on port 80 from our server is blocked by default ......

You can exit through a proxy server - but the application must support it (I can give you a proxy, user and password information).

If not, I have to have ip addresses to which the traffic must be opened on port 80.

Sorry but those kinds of settings are up to the user, if this does not work then write to us privatelly and we will send you plugins and sliders so you can install it manually.
