  Hello,
  
  I've tried this but I have no luck.  Are we able to post to you our login credentials so you can take a look?  We even reverted back to a back up of theme files before we began optimizing.

  Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at [Links visible only for registered users] so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. For more details about file creation, please visit [Links visible only for registered users].

  I filled out the support ticket and they asked me to have the hosting company do the following: 

  
  

  - PHP version is 5.5 while the minimum version required by Wordpress is 7 

  
  

  - max_input_vars variable is set to 1000 while should be minimum 5000 or even 10000 (depends how large pages you are planning to build)

  
  

  
  

  This has been completed.  Is there anything else that needs to be done?
