Custom Background color for post pages.

The site is bobpabst.com.
On the blog page, I have the background set to white behind the blog posts, and I want to do the same for the "read more" links that bring you to the full blog post. Is there custom CSS or a setting I can use to change the background color of the inner blog posts. So you would go Blog>Bear Camp> Inner Blog page, which is the page I want to have a white background instead of a grey one which is determined in the BeTheme Options pane Color>General>Content>Hex Grey. So bassically is there a way to make my posts have a different background color then the main content of my site.
