  it's about the product pictures of the shop items. You can't see them when you open this link via facebook or instagram when using a phone of course

  Let me make this clear. Try this with your phone: go on instagram and search for "kaisteinbeiss" (my personal page). Now click on the link in my bio and scroll down to "Seine Motivation" and "Ihre Motivation". Below each headline will be a box that shows the name of the product and a price tag but what's missing is the image of the product. Now click on the name of the product. You'll come to the product page but there won't be an image either. This is what I need to fix.

  We do not understand why we would have to go to instagram. Your website does not have any content inserted below those headings so how would we see anything?

  I found the solution now. The instagram (social media) browser is different to other browser you can use on your phone. The instagram browser somehow didn't show any product pictures. I already solved the problem and discarded the images cause of changes to the products.

  The solution was simple: delete the old picture and upload a new one. Then it's working. I've done it already, but somehow, it didn't work before, but now it does now, so everything's fine.
