Changing H1-4

Hello, I would like to change one of the headings, let's say H2 to google font "Niconne". I found some online tutorials, but it is not working - I cannot put the line <link href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Niconne" rel="stylesheet"> into the stylesheet - showing error. Can please somebody advice how to do that? Btw. for the theme authors - why we cannot edit H1-4 fonts separately? What about to ad this feature for the next update?

just go to theme options>fonts and set up everything there.
