Add image at the bottom of the blog page and services page

Hi - I want to add an image and text to the bottom of both the blog and services page. However, when I add a wrap with the content in, it adds it to the top of the blog page. I want it to add the blog content first and use this as an image with a quote at the bottom. How do I do this? Thanks!
