Removing twitter redirect chain

Hi,

I received a message regarding removing redirect chain to minimize redirects and I was wondering how can I check this error within the theme because currently I'm not linking my website with twitter and any advice or assistance would be appreciated. 

Below is the message: 
" Remove the following redirect chain if possible:

[Links visible only for registered users]
