Hover over cart Icon shows dropdown

Is there a way to show what is currently in MY CART when I hover over the cart icon in my menu? Currently, there is just the icon and a count of how many items are in my cart. I have seem functions where by hovering, a pop-up appears showing current content. Is that a plugin? Many thanks!

Hi,
this is most likely a plugin, woocommerce does not have this functionallity included.

Betheme doesn't have drop down cart? In the future?

The cart is a woocommerce function and we do not add any functionality. We offer what the standard woocommerce plugin offers.
