Running latest wordpress and betheme as in may 2018

Í'm having a hard time trying to use wordpress embeds (oembeds) with both Muffin's Builder Visual Editor and/or Columns 

When i paste any Youtube URL on the visual editor it becomes the video player itself, as expected, but only on the admin side. When the page is published there's only a blank space, no code is rendered, not even a link as it is described as the fallback on the wordpress documentation.

Please, how can i use embeds in the muffin builder?
