Navigation editor not working

Betheme updated to current version
Revolution slider 5.4.7.3
I'm following documentation present at this page
https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/navigation-editor/
to edit or create a navigation template.
The problem is that the css editor window is empty as the dynamic values window. Moreover there's no Add button.

What can be the problem?

hey,
you would have to contact the plugin author if the documentation varies from what th plugin shows.
We do not interefere in the plugin fucntions.

The plugin corresponds to the documentation. The problem is that it's not fully working in BeTheme!

Did you try working with another theme, like 'twentyseventeen' ?
Try to disable all other plugins as well, maybe one of them is causing this.
