Parallax Effect

I have read all the previous discussions and followed your instructions in them, but I cannot find the parallax option for my page. I started from a preinstalled website that I'm adjusting from the original, so I'm not sure if that may affect the option or not. The site is still a mockup but it is here at [Links visible only for registered users]

I was trying to figure out how to create the effect where the foreground is moving as well as the background, with the background moving slower. As of right now, teh background is stationary as the content slides over it.

I've also run into another problem with the separate pages. I can't seem to close the gap at the very top of the page when using a differing header image. Example at the top of the page here [Links visible only for registered users] I'm not sure what is causing this. Sorry, I'm relatively new to web development.

The parallax effect is working fine on the main image, please check on other browsers/pc
The gap is caused by the content padding. You can remove it on each page individually in the page options or globally in theme options>global>advanced.
