link blog page to prebuilt website

How do I link the prebuilt blog section to the blog page I added? This is the content at the bottom of the column I would like to link to.

I have not worked on my page for awhile but I am still having this problem. Basically, when clicking on the blog excerpt on my home page, the page jumps to the top.

Hi,

This is normal behaviour of the "#" link.

We cannot get rid of this behaviour and only way to fix it is to disable the href="" tag or inserting the link to the page/topic/post there.
