It can be changed in Theme Options > Colors > Forms > Focus

Thanks for your answer, but I meant the blue bar when choosing a product size.

I have in the whole Themes option under Color Niergends this blue Color # 1e90ff.

Hi,

If you want to change this color (http://prntscr.com/jwaqcz) it's not possible even by using Custom CSS

because this color is declared by web browser.
