  I added this to the bottom of the wp-config.php and uploaded it. But I'm still getting the same error.

  Isn't in this file any text which declare first the size of file?

  That's the problem. If I knew where the PHP.INI file was located. I could probably edit it myself. I search for PHP.INI using File Manager in the Domain cPanel and couldn't find any PHP.INI file. I'm on a VPS. So is this PHP.INI file outside of my Domain cPanel and located somewhere on my VPS Server cPanel? Or somewhere else?

  Well I am at least now having an email discussion with my host, but our time zones are at least 9 hours out of being synchronized. So it's not an easy communication. Hopefully. They will fix this and reboot my server overnight Saturday. US time. So we will see what has happened by tomorrow.

  Well the loading of themes and plugins problems appear to have been resolved by my host. Which took almost a week to resolve. But after I loaded the BeTheme, I don't see any of the 300+ website templates. Where do I find these and how do I load my chosen template? Do I load this into the main theme or the child theme, which is what I intend to use.
