Portfolio under "Our Services" with widget on footer space

I would like to "Our Services" type short menu with widget on footer space on left hand side, how can do that ?

I have attached sample website for your reference I want to create similar page there on my own website i.e. www.digitaldastak,com

It's all in Footer widget.

Appearance > Widgets

You have to type/paste the content you want there.
