update plugin troubleshooting

i've problems when i try to update the installed plugins like WP bakery and RevSlider.
have a look on the attached file.

Do you have an issue to resolve it ?

I do not see any attached file.

Please use a https://prnt.sc or other image hosting provider to send a screenshot.
