I purchased BeTheme about 9 days ago.  Slider Revolution plugin comes with the theme. I gave the theme to GoDaddy WordPress hosting support to install, but I am still missing the hero image/header form my home page.  They tell me it is because the slider revolution plugin cannot be activated.  when I look it tells me that the plugin filese are empty.

    If it's just missing slider from RevSlider you can use a new way of installing sliders. Import them without installing the pre-built website.

    If you do not see this option, please make sure that revolution slider is installed and active. Also, the version of your theme must be 20.0 or more.
