new on the web intro header change

Hi @ all!

I´m Thomas from Germany. Since a few weeks I have my own homepage and learn all by doing it. I have load pebuilt website and one thing i don´t find were I can change!!
On the Blog site I can select template "standard, intro header, version" the intro header looks great! BUT in the overview of the blog there is a text and I don´t find were I can delete or change it??
Were can I adjust the "intro header"???

    Hi,
    this is the excerpt, please edit the field. TO do this, edit the page and find the excerpt field on the bottom of the page, if you do not see it, you will need to enable this in the screen options (top right corner of the page edit)
