WPBakery installed but not activated

HI we just purchased and installed BE theme in WP and entered the Purchase Code - everything looks good and WP Bakery is installed as well however the theme is registered, but WP Bakery is not registered and wont allow me to edit the pages. When I go to Activate WPBakery its still not working and forcing me to purchase it. Can you please advise next step. thank you

    Hey,
    you do not need to purchase the bakery license key because the bundled plugin is working fine and does not need to be registered. The notice from the plugin author is about the premium version of the plugin which only contains some pre-made templates.

    The reason for your plugin not working is different and we have to know why.
    Please disable all other plugins and send us information about your stystem status in the BeTheme tab.
