Upploaded latest version of BeTheme

Hi,

I have uploaded the latest version of BeTheme (muffingroup) - and I am unable to edit my homepage. I can open up the builder (in the backend), but when I make the changes, and hit either UPDATE or PREVIEW it comes up with an error page saying cannot find page.

This appears...

This does not happen with any other page - Unless I duplicate the SAME page and try it, then I get the same error message..

Please help!

Hi,

Please disable all of the plugins first.

Also, make sure that your theme is up to date.

Hi Pablo,

I have tried disabling and re-enabling al plugins. I have also updated my MAX VARS (php). I also have the latest theme installed... I feel something is conflicting..

Any other suggestions?

the access you have sent us does not allow us to use the betheme panel.

Please create and re-send the login details with a proper admin rights account.

Hello,

we disable all plugins and then updated the theme. You must have done something to the theme files or the the htaccess file. This could be also a plugin fault, we are not certain.

Now it is working. Have fun.

You have removed my home page contents!. My entire home page from the header down has been erased! I appreciate you making an effort, but now tell me, did you backup my site before you did this?!

I am now restoring a backup point that I created before you touched it.. I hope this works. You have essentially created a lot fo work. It would of been better off before..

Oh great! The backup version I saved my site on is going to cost me $69! This is not good!

We only disabled the plugins and updated your theme. If you changed the theme files of the parent theme then we cannot be held responsible for its removal upon theme update. This is normal and you should use a child theme if you are modyfing the theme files.

We also tested the website after the update and everything worked fine.

It may of "Worked fine" but you deleted my content. Negligence. You may not hold yourself responsible. But I do. I have been a long time client. Im very disappointed now, and your passing the blame. Not very professional at all.
