Hex Color: Not remaining

Hi, I am having an issue where the hex color values aren't remaining after I save the changes. I have already tried the steps below hoping to resolve the problem, but the issue continues.

- Disabled all plugins

- Deregistered theme

- Cleared the cache

What do you mean by 'color values aren't remaining'?

Please send me a screenshot of your System Status in BeTheme > System Status.

Hi, I am referring to the color values in the theme. No matter what I enter to change a specific color, the theme is not retaining the change. I am attaching the System Status you requested. Please advise as the issue continues. The example of the 'Headings' is just one area of the theme colors that don't change. The issue happens throughout.

Hi,

Please update BeTheme to the newest version.

From version 20 you can update the theme from the dashboard of your WordPress, in the BeTheme tab. Just register the license, and you will be able to update the theme, install newest plugins and import pre-built websites with sliders. We are not including rev-sliders and plugin updates in the theme package.
