Rev Slider Text Size on Mobile

Hi, the 1st layer of text on my rev slider is rendering properly and is responsive on mobile, however, I have a 'tagline' which is the second layer of text and it is very small. For example, please visit: https://excisionbio.com The first line: The Leading Gene Editing Platform for Viral Disease is rendering fine on ipad and iphone, however, the 2nd line of text which reads: Advancing Cures and Improving Lives Since 2015 is rendering so small that you cannot even read it on mobile. Any suggestions for how to fix this? Thank you so much for all of your help, I love this theme!
