API connection is blocked

We realized the API connection to "api.muffingroup.com" has been blocked. After talking to our hosting company, they sent us an email indicating the request they send is blocked from your side. Here is what they say:

If I traceroute from the organogold-web01 to the api.muffingroup.com domain, which is hosted with OVH, we see it reach and traverse OVH's network, but the connection dies before reaching the server.
This indicates that there is some sort of firewall restriction on the API's end which is blocking the requests. You'd need to contact the API providers to ask that any blocks concerning 31.170.127.174 (the web01 server) get removed as we have no way of getting it to accept the connections from our end.

We cannot do anything.

From our side everything is working fine.

You have to solve the problem with your hosting provider.

Sorry but we do not have such information. Your hosting is getting rejected and we cannot do anything about it from our end. We do not have any black or white lists.

If you still have issues with the connection, try to disable all plugins.

Maybe you have some "defence" plugins.

Just ping api.muffingroup.com and you will get an IP but the problem is that it sometimes changes.

We really cannot do anythng about this issue, we are sorry but this is all on your hosting.

We assure you that changing the hosting will help.
